Terms + Conditions 

All product descriptions are written as accurately as possible to ensure your order is correct. 

We have the right to cancel orders at any time if a credit card is not authorised, stock is insufficient or there is suspicion of a fraudulent purchase. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is cancelled for any of these reasons a refund will be made in full and cleared within 24 hours back into the account of which the purchase was made.

Orders are non-refundable. Mauds House offers exchanges within a 14 day period, when the returned goods arrive back a credit note will then be issued to use online. If your item arrives damaged or faulty please notify customer service within 7 days to solve the issue.

We do not offer a free returns delivery service.

Earrings and food are non returnable.
